MerchScribe AI assists with product copy and brand checks. AI drafts may contain errors. Merchants must review factual accuracy, intellectual property rights and claims before applying selected fields to Shopify.
Subscriptions are approved and billed by Shopify in USD. Annual plans allocate credits monthly; unused credits do not roll over. Successful generation consumes one credit per product or target-language draft. Failed or cancelled unfinished generations release reserved credits. Rejecting a generated draft does not refund its generation credit.
Only eligible initial Starter subscriptions receive a three-day trial. Changing plans or reinstalling does not restart the original trial. Cancellation and plan replacement follow Shopify’s billing behavior. An inactive subscription leaves retained history available for reading.
Restoration requires unchanged current fields. Changes made concurrently in other applications may prevent safe restoration. The service provides no guarantee of search ranking or sales improvements.
