Data used
The app stores shop identity, encrypted Shopify authorization credentials, selected product copy, brand rulebooks, drafts, approval records, subscription state and credit usage. It does not request customer, order or payment information.
AI processing
After merchant consent, product copy and applicable rules are transmitted to Volcengine Ark’s Beijing endpoint for draft generation. This may transfer data to China. AI processing can be disabled in Settings. Generated content requires merchant review before applying.
Retention and deletion
History availability follows the subscribed plan: 30, 180 or 365 days. Installation and billing records needed to preserve the original trial and credit window are maintained separately. Shopify shop-redaction events remove merchant content from an uninstalled shop. Merchant content can also be erased from Settings. Credentials are deleted on uninstall.
Access and security
Shop access is authenticated through Shopify. Tokens are encrypted at rest, records are scoped to each shop, and application logs omit credentials and product copy. Use Settings to export retained app records or erase merchant content.
